Our kitchen brings together Greek favourites and modern Mediterranean ideas. That includes our steaks from the Argentina grill – for everyone who enjoys bold grilled flavours.
Our kitchen is also shaped by family recipes: Mama has been making our zucchini fritters using the same recipe for 30 years. Our desserts are made in-house too – from our legendary millefeuille to profiteroles with Ruby chocolate.
